Signs of symptoms associated with COVID-19? Requirers a NEGATIVE lateral flow test result, before attending.
Regular rapid lateral flow COVID-19 test kits can be ordered through the NHS in EnglandWalesScotland & Northern Ireland.
Communication is key, to deliver safer training.
Before our training begins, we will work with you and your team to plan and deliver safer training.

COVID-19 #SafeWithUs
— Our Safety Commitment

Wednesday 28  July 2021 – Mike Hardcastle, Director.

As our business re-opens for in-person training, we are taking the safety and well-being of our clients and team very seriously during the recovery from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The following temporary measures will be in place for all in-person training:

Receive a Negative lateral flow test, taken up to 24h before.
Regular rapid lateral flow COVID-19 test kits can be ordered through the NHS in EnglandWalesScotland & Northern Ireland.
Temperature check for all delegates and trainers on arrival.
Delegates and trainers temperature will be taken on arrival at the training venue using a digital infrared thermometer to check for high-temperature.
Sanitised training areas, for use only by our delegates and trainers.
Training areas will be sanitised in coordination with the training venue before arrival and will be for the sole use by our delegats.
Individual personal hand sanitiser packs.
Each delegate and trainer will be given a free pack, including a personal alcohol hand sanitiser.
Digital collaterals will be used wherever possible.
Digital collaterals will be used where every possible, any physical copies will be quarantined for 48h before use in a sealed envelope.
Communication is key, to deliver safer training. 
Before our training begins, we will work with you and your team to plan and deliver safer training.

Due to the recent changes in the Coronavirus (COVID‑19) Tier System (*in England), and the implementation of a Tier 4 (National Lockdown and Stay at Home Order) we have temporarily updated our offerings and recommendations to our clients, allowing us to adhere to the updated restrictions:

In the Tier 4 (National Lockdown & Stay at Home) order we are working with our clients to develop and deliver engaging Virtual Training sessions through ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeetings, Glip by RingCentral or Cisco WebEx, and in some (very) limited cases, these can also be done on site as outlined in the current UK Government Tier 4 guidance for Education and Training

Under the following Tier 1 (Medium), Tier 2 (High) and Tier 3 (Very High) Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions (*in England), we are still able to go ahead with training sessions, including those of more than 6 people including the trainer, following the current government safety guidelines. (see below in “Our Training Commitment“)

*Please note, the above guidance on meeting in groups, restriction tiers and lockdowns will vary by region (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Island). We will work with each client to determine safe group numbers based on current guidelines from their regional government.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) #SafeWithUs — Our Training Commitment

As we change the way we operate due to the recent updates in the Coronavirus (COVID‑19) Tier System (*in England), and the implementation of a Tier 4 (National Lockdown and Stay at Home Order), we believe that together we can adapt, survive and succeed.

At Novalead Limited we take the wellbeing of our clients and our team very seriously. Now that we are working towards delivering in-person training, we wanted to let you know about the measures we have put in place to help keep you and our team safe:

Pre-planning

We have implemented measures throughout the planning of our training services to help ensure the safety of all delegates before the start of your training event:

A questionnaire sent out 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before, to identify potential Coronavirus cases in delegates. (Allowing time for rescheduling where needed.)
Temperature Checks for all delegates and trainers on arrival at the training venue.
Adapting our measures to reflect your Companies approaches to safety and security of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Appropriate signage will be displayed outlining our Coronavirus (COVID-19) safety strategy for staff and delegates.

Track & Trace

We will implement Track & Trace records for all staff and delegates attending our training sessions and events. These records will be held by Novalead Limited for 21 days (in compliance with GDPR), the data will be provided to NHS Test and Trace if requested.

In addition we will display an official NHS QR code poster so that staff and delegates attending our training can ‘check in’ using the NHS COVID-19 app as an alternative to providing their contact details in England and Wales.

Cleaning & Hygiene

Prior to training commencing all work areas will be sanitised and then individual hand sanitiser and PPE packs will be provided for each delegate on arrival.

Work areas will be sanitised during breaks, breakouts and lunch.
Appropriate safe disposal will be provided for used PPE.

Social Distancing (†Updated)

In the Tier 4 (National Lockdown & Stay at Home) order we are working with our clients to develop and deliver engaging Virtual Training sessions through ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeetings, Glip by RingCentral or Cisco WebEx, and in some (very) limited cases, these can also be done on site as outlined in the current UK Government Tier 4 guidance for Education and Training

We are continually monitoring the UK Government’s guidance on meeting in groups. Currently the following “Education or Training” are exempt from the limitations of meeting in groups of 6 or less in the following Tier 1 (Medium), Tier 2 (High) and Tier 3 (Very High) Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions (*in England), we are still able to go ahead with training sessions, including those of more than 6 people including the trainer, following the current government safety guidelines.

Our training venues will have occupancy limits based on recommendations from the venue, allowing us to maintain the recommended distance between delegates while wearing PPE. Following recommended government guidelines.

Adhering to regional Government guidance on Group Size limits.
Occupancy limits that maintain the recommended distancing with PPE.
Recommended distancing with PPE will be maintained during Breakout and Group sessions.
Recommending and offering Virtual Training when current Government Guidance makes this necessary.

Training at your premisses.
Providing a safe and sanitised training venue.
All collaterals and training materials supplied in pre-quarantined envelopes/folders for face-to-face training.

COVID-19 Statement — A paused for safety

It’s fair to say that we find ourselves in an unprecedented time in history. The COVID-19 pandemic is changing the way we work and clearly, we will have to work together to adapt and survive.

Our only priority is for the safety, health and well-being of our delegates and training partners. To maintain this we have implemented measures to follow the mandatory Social Distancing measures outlined by the UK Government.

After COVID-19 — Continuing to move forward

Saturday 29 February 2020 – Mike Hardcastle, Director.

As the situation develops over the coming weeks and months allowing us to return to normal operations while maintaining a safe environment for our delegates and trainee’s, we will be releasing a series of new exciting products that allow us to provide a more diverse range of training services and solutions.

When able, in addition to our face-to-face training we will start delivering the new online learning model that allows us to deliver effective and engaging remote learning content for our clients.

Our NEW online learning will include

A pre-training pack posted out to each delegate.
An engaging, learning environment delivered with ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeetings, Glip by RingCentral or Cisco WebEx on both macOS, Windows 10 and other mobile platforms.
In-depth email Q&A, with responses sent out to all participants.
Follow up with our unique Review System, as with our face to face events.
